9 ON CANAL

9 on Canal is a 10 story apartment complex at the heart of IUPUI's medical campus in Indianapolis, IN. The BW Teams' scope of work included assisting the construction and ownership teams with all facets of budget-minded creative direction, sourcing, and procurement including (and certainly not limited to) flooring, lighting, furnishings, and exterior hardscapes! The design and furnishing of all common areas, amenity spaces, and the lobby-leasing office-model unit-combination was a big hit among the new residents.
